Situated right in the centre of Schlitters, the bus stop for the local bus, the bakery and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. This central location makes it much easier to explore the surrounding area.

In winter, Apart Emilia is the perfect starting point for all winter sports enthusiasts. The Spieljoch ski area is only around 5 kilometres away, while the renowned Hochzillertal-Hochfügen ski area can be reached in just 15 minutes by car. The ski bus stop is only around 140 metres from the accommodation, providing easy access to the slopes.

Schlitters also has a lot to offer in summer. The nearby Schlitterer See swimming lake Schlitterer See invites you to take a refreshing dip, while an adventure playground in the immediate vicinity provides fun and entertainment. Hiking and cycling trails offer the opportunity to explore the picturesque landscape of the Fügen-Kaltenbach region in the Zillertal. Thanks to the excellent public transport connections, you can also easily discover the region's other attractions.
