Holidays on the sunny side of life! The newly built Apart Anna enjoys a quiet and sunny location in the district of Ahrnbach with the centre of Stumm nearby. A supermarket, the village bakery and excellent traditional inns are a 3-minute drive away. If you want to enjoy fine culinary creations, the restaurant Rissbacherhof which lies close to the apartment in Stumm is worth a visit.

In winter, various ski areas are just a few minutes’ drive away. In summer, nature is right on your doorstep. Cycle paths, hiking trails and the Badewelt Stumm are in the immediate vicinity of Apart Anna.

Make yourself at home in your holidays with children or friends. Apart Anna has 80m2 with two bedrooms, sleeping 4 to 10 persons, and a balcony. One bedroom as a double and a bunk bed, the other has a double bed and a sleeping cave for 4 persons - a highlight for small guests. The accommodation has two bathrooms with shower/WC and a fully equipped kitchen-living space with a starter package (coffee capsules, washing-up liquid, sponge etc.). Amenities include bed linen, towels, complimentary Wi-Fi and two parking spaces. Underground parking is available at extra charge.

The village of Stumm in the Zillertal is the ideal base for summer and winter holidays. In summer, the popular Badewelt Stumm is just 1 km away. In bad weather, water enthusiasts can reach the Erlebnistherme Zillertal in Fügen in just 10 minutes by car. Outdoor activities start right on your doorstep, such as the Zillertal bike trail and many hiking trails in the mountains.

In winter, the ski area Hochzillertal with the valley station in Kaltenbach is just 3 km away and within easy reach of the ski bus which stops 50 metres from the accommodation. The valley station of the ski area Zillertal Arena is only 5 km away, and the family ski area Spieljoch in Fügen is a 15-minute drive from the accommodation.
