Newly built apartment with terrace, divided on two floors, invites you to relax and unwind with a lot of comfort in the middle of the mountains. Here, in our newly built apartment, you can enjoy your holiday with friends! Our house, which we have built with much diligence and joy, is located in the quiet district Boden / Zaunhof. Our apartment has a spacious living room with TV corner on the ground floor and two separate bedrooms each with 3 beds and a separate bath / WC on the upper floor. A large balcony connects the two bedrooms. Also a separate terrace on the ground floor with cozy seating corner invites you to relax and unwind. The daily bread service makes it easy to start the day. Our apartment is NON-smoking and not suitable for pets! Enjoy the mountain world, experience nature in its full splendor - this can be done at Apart Alpenflair in summer, as well as in winter! Whether it is mountain pastures, huts or mountain peaks, our house is in an ideal location for hiking and mountaineering. A walk which is used in the winter as a cross-country ski run is right next to our house! Also a bus stop for hiking and ski buses is about 50m from our house. In winter, we offer you the ski resorts Hochzeiger (Jerzens), Rifflsee (Mandarfen) or the highest glacier of Tyrol - the Pitztal Glacier. Cross-country skiing, snowboarding, skiing, tobogganing, etc ... here you can enjoy the sport and afterwards enjoy culinary delights in the mountain restaurants. For your summer holiday, we would be happy to recommend the following: Our wonderful alpine pastures, impressive mountain huts, imposing mountain peak, beautiful walks lead directly past our house, Pitzpark in Wenns, the Zirbenpark in Jerzens (Hochzeiger), natural bathing pond in Stillebach, Rifflsee - one of the highest mountain lakes. Our romantic Pitztal has a lot to offer you - you can also inquire on the homepage of the tourist office or you just ask us directly during your stay! And in the winter, there is also something for you: Pitztaler Gletscher with Café 3440 and the highest state authority of Austria, ski resort Rifflsee, ski resort Hochzeiger, numerous cross-country ski runs - directly at our house a nice cross country ski trail! Great area for ice climbers. Beautiful and romantic walks, sleigh rides, toboggan runs.
