The NEW Apart Alpenflair is located on the sunny Niederthai alpine plateau and makes a perfect starting point for countless mountain, hiking, cycling and climbing tours. We are a Niederthai Card partner accommodation: all ski lifts, cross-country ski trails, cross-country ski biathlon (1x per Card) and many other winter activities such as gentle yoga, alpaca-llama hikes and a lot more is already included. Cafe, restaurants, sports shops as well as ski & cross-country ski schools are directly in Niederthai. The hiking bus and free skibus will take you to Umhausen and to all the holiday resorts within Ötztal.
