Our newly renovated apartment house Living Apart Anita is located in a quiet area, right by the Ötztaler Ache. The center of Oetz with restaurants, shops, sports stores, and much more can be reached in about a 3-minute walk. The Hochoetz cable cars are at the end of the village of Oetz, approximately 1 km from us - the ski bus stop is right in front of our house.
The water sports paradise AREA 47 is only about 4 km away. In Hochoetz, the Widiversum invites our little guests to hike, explore, and marvel.
