Welcome to „Andrea’s holiday flat“

Our house which is led by our whole family is situated in a sunny and quiet area in Zell am Ziller. Our cozy furnitered apartements are perfect for privacy, rest and relaxation.

Our house is offside the trafic but nearby the valleystation of Zillertal Arena. Moreover you enjoy beautiful landscaped surroundings with an amazing view of the mountains of Zillertal. The center of Zell am Ziller is 10 minutes on foot away. There you find all the necessary shops , bars, coffeeshops, rentals of ski’s and mountainbiked aswell grocery stores. In the winterseason you reach the valley ski station after 5 minutes on foot or you easily take the ski bus which is leaving just 30 metres far away from our house. Just 15 minutes driving brings you to a further highlight of our winter. Enjoy our tobogganing run for more than 7 km. Moreover you’ll have fun at the iceskating rink directly in the fantastic parc in the centre which offers aswell tennis hall, bowling area and a delicious restaurant.

We would be pleased to welcome you in our home. Our apartements shelter 5-7 persons (Top 2), 4 persons (Top 3) and 2-3 persons (Top 4). The kitchenettes are equipped very well with a refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishes, and cooking possibilities. Each of the flats provides TV and WIFI. You’ll find a balcony in three of our apartements. In addition to the flats we provide a canopied parking space and a basement for your ski equipment with bootsdryer included.
