The apartment is in the direction of Schwarzsee, facing south with a view of the Hahnenkamm. It is 70 m2 and has two balconies. There is also an underground parking space and visitor parking spaces in front of the house. It takes 5 minutes to get to the ski bus and 5 minutes to the cross-country ski trail by car. The Schwarzsee on foot approx. 15 minutes, to the city center on foot 20 minutes. The apartment is very well maintained and is also used by herself. In the kitchen there is a steam oven, dishwasher, bread oven, Nespresso machine, freezer, refrigerator, wine temperature cabinet and an induction hob for cooking, all necessary kitchen appliances are available. In the bathroom there is a washing machine with an integrated dryer, hair dryer, etc., everything is available.
