Enjoy picture-book views of the Stuiben Falls from the cozy balcony. The Ötzi Village, the Birds of Prey Park and the access point to Tirol's biggest waterfall are only a few minutes away. In the village center (5 walking minutes) you will find restaurants, food shops and a bakery.

In winter, the top ski areas of Sölden (approx. 23 km) and Gurgl can be easily reached. The Stuiben Falls can also be visited in winter while in Niederthai the white winter wonderland makes a true haven for long walks, hikes or cross-country ski tours.
