Quietly settled - in Milders - amidst the beautiful mountains overlooking the Stubai Glacier.The ski bus stop, supermarket, sports shops, ski rental and some restaurants are just a few meters from the house.
The Stubai Glacier is reachable very comfortable (free from October to May) with the ski bus. Also, the resorts "Elfer" and "Schlick 2000", and several toboggan runs are within a few minutes. The cross-country trail entrance is located just 2 minutes from the house., 2 km from main town of Neustift you can find many sports and entertainment facilities, such as swimming pools with giant water slide, sauna, solarium, bowling, ice skating, sledding, horse sleigh rides, restaurants, bars, cafes, nightclubs, several supermarkets ....
