Scenic Winter Hike from Urisee via the Trail up to Dürrenberg Alm
Starting from the Urisee parking lot, the winter hiking trail leads up through the forest path to an elevation of 1,435 meters. Nestled in an alpine meadow with a beautiful panoramic view about 600 meters above the Reutte valley basin, Dürrenberg Alm majestically sits here. The ascent through the snow-covered forest requires stamina, but the effort is rewarded with a warm meal. In the cozy hut, you can enjoy delicious dumpling varieties such as bacon, cheese, or spinach dumplings, which are just the right treat after the strenuous climb. The same route takes you back down to the valley after your break.
Note: The carriage road is not an option for a winter hike due to avalanche danger in one section.
