Description

You start at the Eiserne Hand inn. At the fork in the road after the inn, choose the left-hand path, which leads uphill in hairpin bends to the Burgeralm. You can walk this trail on foot, with snowshoes or with ski touring skis. The way there and back are identical. Attention! As the terrain to the Burgeralm can be dangerous for avalanches, it is essential to ask the tourist office (0043.5354.56304) or the Burgeralm directly (Tel.: 0043.664.9962708) beforehand whether the path is open.
