Landscape and panoramic winter circuit around the mountain Gschwandtkopf.
This hike covers about ten kilometers, forming a scenic loop around Seefeld's Gschwandtkopf, with impressive views of the Inn Valley along the way, especially through Reither Auland.
Starting at Seefeld’s Village Square, head south through the historic Pedestrian Zone. At the next large street crossing, turn right and follow the curve onto the Wildsee Promenade, heading towards Reither Auland (Trail No. 4). When the trail curves left around the lake, continue straight. The trail eventually leads right towards Gschwandtkopf-Mösern (Trail No. 4). Now, the path gets a bit steeper with many beautiful panoramic views as it passes through the snow-covered meadows of Gschwandtkopf, reaching Mösern.
Just before reaching Mösern, the hike crosses the main road. But before that, you can take a delicious detour to the Sonnenalm or the Gschwandtkopf mountain restaurant and panoramic bar for some homemade treats. Afterward, continue on the other side of the road, crossing the Möserer meadows and walking through the Kirchwald (Trails No. 96 and No. 2) to the WM Tennis Hall in Seefeld. Cross the street towards the Seekirchl, then walk through the Pedestrian Zone (Klosterstraße) back to the starting point at the Village Square.
