Description

The snowshoe hike begins at Parking Lot P15 on the main road near the music pavilion. From there, follow the road for about 550 meters towards Seefeld until a forest path branches off to the left just before the entrance to the Katzenkopf lifts. This path leads into the forest. At the next fork, turn right toward 'Hohe Fluder 39.'

The trail ascends in long switchbacks. At the next fork, marked by a bench and a wayside shrine, turn left. The main path continues upward in switchbacks until reaching a junction at around 1,600 meters. Here, leave the main path and follow the sign 'Hoher Sattel-Leutasch 39' westward on a marked forest trail.

Soon, you’ll reach a small clearing called Fluder. Cross this, and from the highest point, take a narrow, marked forest path northward, descending a bit more steeply to Hoher Sattel (1,495 m).

From Hoher Sattel, the trail follows the toboggan run down through the Satteltal to Ahrn. At the lower end of the toboggan run, take the left road toward 'Leutasch-Emmat'. Shortly after, the path leads through the settlement back to the starting point in Weidach.
