Winter hike Prama circular winter hiking route

Description

From hiking starting point Going center (former tourism information Going, 764 m), the trail leads through the underpass at the Raiffeisenbank Going and then right along the Pramaweg until just before 'Landhaus Jägerhof'. Here the groomed winter hiking trail branches off to the right parallel to the cross-country track "Aschauerloipe".

With a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains, you can roam through the snow-covered landscape to the car park of the Going bathing lake. Now continue with a view of the Kitzbüheler Horn to Oberschattenriedhof. From here, follow the winter hiking trail to the left until you reach the Aschauerweg. Once there, turn right and walk approx. 50 metres until you turn right again onto the winter hiking trail.

Past the Koasastadl and accompanied by the sun, you walk through the hamlet of Schattenried and past the bathing lake Going back to Bio-Hotel Stanglwirt. There you take the pedestrian underpass and follow the path through the snow-covered forest along the Going creek (Hausbach) past the ice skating rink until you arrive back in the centre of Going.
