It is recommended to wear hiking equipment such as weather-resistant outdoor clothing, ankle-high mountain boots, wind, rain and sun protection, cap and gloves.

It is also important to bring food, water, a first-aid package, a cell phone and a hiking map.

Description

The Moosalm (1,500 m) in Sölden is well known for its traditional Tyrolean cuisine.

Start your hike from the Freizeit Arena or alternatively from the Gaislachkogelbahn in Sölden. 

Cross the wooden bridge towards Windau up through Platte and Wildmoos to the Moosalm.

Enjoy a fantastic panoramic view over Sölden.


Getting here

  • Arrival by public transport

    Enjoy a comfortable and relaxing train ride to the train station Ötztal Bahnhof. You get off the train in ÖTZTAL Bahnhof where you change to a public bus or local taxi.
