Snowshoe hike Alpbach - Sunny Side

Description

Walk through the village, past the church and Der Böglerhof – pure nature resort up to shortly before the Congress Centre Alpbach. Turn left onto the ski slope and put on your snowshoes. Walk up the right hand side of the slope up to the houses. Walk past these houses and cross the bridge. Walk through the field to the „Thierberg“ farms. Continue to the left of the farm and forestry path walking next to the woods. In uphill winds, walk through the woods and then out of these over fields and paths back down to the bridge and start.
