Description

This magnificent valley walk takes us from Westendorf’s village centre, through the area of Bichling along the cycle path onwards to Brixen.  Close to the Fischerstadl restaurant, we cross the ski slope that descends from the Kandleralm. Passing the curling grounds, we arrive at the train station in Brixen. We keep to the right, pass the Loipenstube and continue on our hike along the cycle route to Kirchberg.  If you want to take an easier route back to Westendorf, there’s a bus stop at the Kalswirt (just outside the Gemeindeamt).
