The route starts in Mösern at the Hinterfeldlift bus stop. It first follows the road for a short stretch to the local heritage museum before turning onto a natural trail that gently descends through the forest.
After about 1.7 kilometers, the route changes direction onto the Oberpettnauer forest trail towards Telfs. From kilometer 5, the path climbs back up along the Alter Möserer Weg, leading to Mösern and the starting point. The route offers stunning panoramic views of the Inn Valley.
