Description

Take advantage of KitzSki's excellent infrastructure, which saves significant elevation gain and provides a pleasant experience for less-trained trail runners and beginners. Start by taking the Hornbahn lift to Alpenhaus. From there, follow a short stretch of asphalt road and then a trail descending into the Trattalmmulde and further onto the Wilden Haag, a ridge with stunning views of Kitzbühel and the Hohe Tauern.

Continue on a flowy trail heading south towards the Karstweg. This path winds through an ancient karst area known as "Wiener Stadt," featuring sections that cross wooden bridges. At the end of the Karstweg, return to Alpenhaus, where you can enjoy refreshments with a fantastic view before taking the gondola back down to the valley.
