Only for crackheads, 10 hours over frequently exposed, sometimes wire-rope-secured black mountain trails... the effort is great, but so is the reward!
From the parking lot on the signposted path in the direction of Laponesalm. After about 700 m at elevated tank Enigeben turn left and 50 m further in the direction of Gargglerin steeply to the left. Perfect for hot days goes steeply uphill in the shady forest. At the top then traverse over steep meadow slopes to the Joch behind the Gargglerin. Attention on this path can already hold steep snowfields. From here it's a 15-minute detour to the summit of the Gargglerin, but beware that the path is still long! From the yoke, it is not difficult to climb over boulders into the Sandestal and along the north face of the Gschnitzer Tribulaun to the hut.
From here in the direction of Gschnitzer Tribulaun very steep up to the Schneetalscharte. Here is tempting detour No. 2, the summit of the Gschnitzer Tribulaun at 2946m, but only with sufficient condition, not even 1/3 of the distance are done, 250 hm extra! From the Schneetalscharte it goes in steep hairpin bends down (No. 32B) over the Korsumpf to the ital. Tribulaunhütte on the Pflerscher Höhenweg Nr. 32A.
From the Tribulaun hut on trail no. 7 in the direction of Sandesjöchl and at the following junction to the west in the direction of the Magdeburger hut. Climb up to the ridge of the Hoher Zahn. Here tempts detour No. 3: the summit of the Hoher Zahn, this temptation can be given in, only 80 hm plus and an excellent view. The further sections in the steep terrain in the direction of Magdeburger Hütte can be tricky, especially in early summer because of old snow fields, so take a sled! A rope-secured section, partly rubble, but then again beautiful hiking trails to the Magdeburger.
From here via trail 6, then immediately 6A in many hairpin bends to the Bremer Scharte. Then partly steep and difficult, partly covered with old snow, but then flowing again on beautiful mountain trails to the Bremer Hut. From there easily over the Simmingsee and the Laponesalm to the starting point of the tour!
