The Bichlalm is one of the most beautiful destinations in Tux with a magnificent view of the Hintertux Glacier. It is located on the southeast slopes of the rear Tuxertal and is farmed both in summer and in winter.

In just 45 minutes, the climb from Hintertux to Alm is done - even with the stroller. Those who prefer to take it easy and do not want to hike uphill, take the Gletscherbahn to the middle station (Sommerbergalm) and walk from there steadily, but not steeply, downhill to the rustic Alm of the Klausner family. Even children can handle this easily.  

Arrived at the Bichlalm, you will be provided with fine Zillertal delicacies - and amazed. From the fantastic view of the Hintertux Glacier and the Tux Alps namely. Just as it must be during a hiking holiday in Austria! After a day in the healthy Tyrolean mountain air, a glass of fresh buttermilk tastes particularly good. Kids quickly join the hearty calves in the heart of the Almerkundung, while their parents enjoy the peace on the sun terrace of the Bichlalm. And in the winter? It's best to swing on the sled! A family-friendly winter hiking trail leads the toboggan enthusiasts to Bichlalm in winter. And if you've had enough to eat, you can borrow a toboggan and experience pure action on the three-kilometer toboggan run. By the way, it is lit in the evening. So you can perfectly combine dinner, hut evening and toboggan fun.
