Description

The two villages of Zöblen and Schattwald with their shared ski area are located at the gateway to the Allgäu in the Tannheimer Tal. Four lifts take winter sports enthusiasts up to an altitude of 1,570 meters, where a small network of pistes awaits them with easy, intermediate and even a black run. A free ski bus connects the two resorts. However, the shuttle can be bypassed with the 8-person ski circuit - both valley stations can be reached directly from the mountain stations. Despite its manageable size, the ski area has its own FIS course, which has already been used by women's teams from Switzerland and Japan, among others, for their training runs.
