Description

The vastness of the ski area is unique. The huge network of pistes and the extension over several mountain massifs and valleys in the Kitzbühel Alps make the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn one of the largest winter sports arenas in Austria. The ski area connects Tyrol with Salzburger Land. Those who whizz down the Vierstadlalm slope along the modern "TirolS" gondola lift on the Reiterkogel virtually cross the border in one go.

Winter sports enthusiasts looking for variety are in the right place here. The versatility of the large Skicircus on the Salzburg side, its range of numerous snow parks, floodlit pistes, snow trails and ski huts complements the advantages of the smaller, family-friendly ski resort of Fieberbrunn in Tirol. However, the latter has also made a name for itself among professionals in recent years - as a hotspot for freeriders. With the best powder snow, there are wonderful tours on offer here, especially on the popular Wildseeloder. The "Freeride World Tour" is also held here every year.

The Skicircus offers beginners a particularly wide choice - around half of the pistes are marked blue and they can be found on almost all slopes. The mix is particularly good in Fieberbrunn. In addition to a practice lift at the valley station and numerous easy slopes on the mountain, there are also plenty of red runs for experts. There are plenty of places to stop for hungry skiers and those who like to party throughout the ski area.
