Description

The ski area of the same name in the Inntal valley stretches up to the 1,939-metre summit of the Rangger Köpfl. The long network of pistes is very manageable, but offers runs for all ability levels as well as ski routes. From the top of the mountain, you ski towards the provincial capital of Innsbruck, which lies deep in the valley. The Kidspark with magic carpet and practice lift is available for little ones on the slopes, while snowboarders and freeskiers can enjoy a fun park near the top station of the gondola lift. Twice a week, the floodlights are switched on for night skiing, and if you get hungry in between: the Rosskogelhütte serves delicious Tyrolean specialties.
