Description

The small but particularly child- and family-friendly Hoch-Imst ski area is located on a sunny plateau above Imst. The slopes of all three difficulty levels extend up to 2,100 meters above sea level. There is also a brand new fun park with 15 obstacles for beginners and pros and a large, flat practice slope with a platter lift for beginners of all ages right at the valley station. This is also where the numerous ski courses take place, which are even free of charge for guests' children in some weeks. The beginners' slope from the Untermarkter Alm, which is one of the longest in Tyrol and is floodlit on some evenings, is particularly popular. The middle station and a large terrace are also located there, where winter sports enthusiasts like to sunbathe. For ski tourers, we recommend the "Ursprungweg" trail, which runs parallel to the ski slope through the forest.
