The Wipptal is a real insider tip for families who like it quiet and relaxed. The family ski area of the Bergeralm Ski and Leisure Arena is small yet varied. Winter sports newcomers can practise their first turns in Noah's Kinderland or rest tired legs in the cosy Bear's Nest, while experienced skiers and parents can enjoy a variety of pistes and modern lifts.

Information about a family ski holiday in the Wipptal Valley
All children born in 2017 or later ski for free with a paying parent. With a paid adult ski pass and a children's ski pass, the price of all children's ski passes is reduced to 50 per cent of the children's rate.
The Bergeralm children's ski school offers group ski and private courses for children from the age of four and at least four participants at all ability levels. While beginners practise their first "pizza slices" in "Noah's Kinderland", slightly advanced and advanced skiers then try their hand at the platter lift or chairlift. The courses take place for a maximum of five days. You can find the equipment you need for a great week's skiing at Sport Messner directly at the Bergeralm valley station.
