Description

A varied bike tour on a selected, scenic route through the Kitzbühel Alps. Worthwhile ascents as well as descents on wide gravel paths guarantee a round tour in a class of its own. The right tour for occasional bikers who don't want to sit in the saddle all day and also value an experience off the mountain bike route. Stage 3: Niederau - Wörgl From Niederau you cycle over the Pfaffenberg to Wörgl Boden (534m). On the cycle path, along the Brixentaler Ache, you reach Hopfgarten (622m) on a flat, varied route. Continue briefly uphill to the Grinda snack station. From there the route runs downhill to Lendwirt (690m) and again briefly uphill to Westendorf (783m) in the Brixen valley and finally to Brixen (794m). After Brixen im Thale is a long but panoramic ascent to the Salvenberg (1,238m). This is circled on the eastern side and via the Silleralm and Hochsöll (1,140m) you reach Söll (698m) after a long downhill. On a 10 km long flat section you finally reach the stage destination Wörgl.
