The thundering Grawa-Wasserfäll waterfalls provide a spectacular backdrop as hikers approach the hut along the WildeWasserWeg, a themed hiking trail exploring the incredible power of water. A few hundred metres further up hikers will be able to see the Sulzenauferner glacier, which feeds the region's rivers and waterfalls. Above the lush meadows of the Sulzenaualm stands the mighty Sulzenauhütte, a large and cosy mountain hut popular with both hikers and mountaineers. The welcome is warm, the food is hearty and the 100 rooms are cosy. There are hikes suitable for all ages and abilities. There is a rock climbing area and a zipwire near the hut.
