The Memminger Hütte (2,242 metres) is a German Alpine Club mountain refuge below the Parseierspitze peak in the Lechtal Alps, Tirol.

The Memminger Hütte is surrounded by a magnificent mountain panorama below the peaks of Seekogel and Parseierspitze, the highest mountains in the Lechtal Alps. Its creation is thanks to the initiative of Bavarain alpinist Anton Spiehler, cataloguer of the Lech Valley and Allgäu Alps. He campaigned vigorously for the construction to take place in 1885. The Memminger Hütte lies on the Lechtal High Trail, Eagle Walk and the E5 European Long Distance Trail. Despite its remoteness and challenging delivery routes, visitors can look forward to freshly prepared and wholesome food including homemade cakes and vegetarian dishes. The hut provides rucksack transport with the freight cable car, which starts from the Memminger Hütte car park in the Madautal Valley. Well known surrounding mountains: Seekogel, Seeköpfle, Seeköpfe, Parseierspitze.
Only the scheduled taxi service can be used from Bach in the Lechtal Valley via Madau to the car park at approx 1,450m; (takes approx 5.5 hours to walk from Bach, 2 hours from the car park).

The Memminger Hütte is the finishing point of Stage 21 and starting point of Stage 22 of the Eagle Walk. This long-distance walking trail crosses Tirol in 33 stages. The hut is also on the Lechtal High Trail and the E4 and E5 trails.
