Lovely spring walk through Niederau and Penning
We start at the Markbachjoch lift car park and take the forest path to the hamlet of Penningdörfl. The views are of the Hohe Salve and the Brixen Valley as far as the Wilder Kaiser mountains. We do a circular walk returning via Grafenweg and the Auen Path in Niederau.
Walking time: approx. 3.5 hours, approx. 12 km and 260 metes altitude difference.
