In just a few minutes, the Buchsteinwand 4-seater chairlift takes you directly up to the unique panoramic mountain in Pillerseetal. At the top, there are not only magnificent views of the surrounding mountains, but also well-maintained hiking trails and action-packed mountain bike routes. Numerous events such as guided hikes, mountain concerts or summit fairs invite you to celebrate and enjoy the mountain in summer. The Alpengasthof, right on the summit of the Buchsteinwand, spoils guests with culinary delights and traditional dishes. The large sun terrace offers a magnificent view of the Wilder Kaiser, the Leoganger Steinberge and the Kitzbühel Alps. Another popular excursion destination is the famous Jakobskreuz directly at the mountain station.
