Comprising two sections, the Hornbahn cable car is one of the quickest and easiest ways for visitors to access the beautiful mountains around Kitzbühel. The first section starts in Kitzbühel and leads up to the mid-way station, where the second cable car starts and brings guests all the way to the top at 1,664 metres above sea level. Alternatively, there is also another option, the Horngipfelbahn, which tops out at 1,966m. Whichever of the two cable cars you take, up at the top you can look forward to spectacular views of the Kitzbühel Alps. High up in the mountains there are plenty of walking and hiking trails as well as traditional huts serving hearty food.
