Mountain railway Hartkaiserbahn

The ten-man Hartkaiserbahn cable car transports guests from the pretty village of Ellmau up into the stunning Wilder Kaiser Mountains. The mid-way station is the ideal starting point for many walks and hikes, while those who prefer to take it easy can settle down at one of the cosy huts and enjoy a hearty meal high in the mountains. Next to the top of the Hartkaiserbahn is "Ellmi’s Zauberwelt", a 4,000m² adventure play area for children with attractions such as a petting zoo.
