St. Pankraz church - Oberhaus and Seehüter cafés

Starting at Fügen tourist information office, this trail leads straight into the valley across the roundabout, past the Erlebnistherme Zillertal thermal baths, and through to Rischbachkapelle chapel. Once at the chapel, head right and follow the course of the stream until the route merges with St.-Pankraz-Weg road. This leads directly to the pilgrimage church on Pankrazberg (be sure to take a look inside!). Head back down along a small track, then follow the road when you come to the farm and cross the bridge in the direction of Kupfnerberg. A quiet, somewhat steep, and highly picturesque road leads up the Kupfnerberg along a number of hairpin bends. You will reach the Oberhaus and Seehüter snack stations after around 30 minutes’ hiking.
To make your way back, head into the valley and towards the forest until you reach Krapfenboden. From there, go downhill along the forest road towards Uderns: This will take you past the golf course and the old Platzlstall barn. Head past Plunggenkapelle chapel and through the meadows all the way to Uderns parish church. Keep left and follow Kirchweg road through Uderns, passing the Edhof riding stables and the district of Kapfing on your way back to Fügen.
