Starting point is in Piburg at the parking place (parking fee). First you walk down through the fields to the lake. At the right hand side, the hiking path is wide and very flat. Perfect for baby carriers or wheel chairs with electric support. The left hand side is natural and more difficult.
Enjoy a both comfortable and relaxing train ride to the train station in Ötztal Bahnhof. You get off the train in ÖTZTAL Bahnhof where you change to a public bus or local taxi. The current bus schedule can be found at: http://fahrplan.vvt.at
