Whether you just want to immerse yourself in the picturesque forest clearings or plunge right into the green lake - Nauders has an excellent hike for both types of forest bathing.
Easy forest hike with ascent aid, which leads past two picturesque forest clearings with lakes. Thanks to the shady forest, this is an ideal, quiet walk for warm days. If you come in July, you will see the water lilies blooming in the Schwarzer See nature reserve.
After the ascent with the Mutzkopf chairlift, follow the signposted path to the Black Lake - here you can choose whether to take the hiking trail or the nature trail. From there, continue to the Green Lake, which also offers the opportunity to fish in summer (please note: only with a valid fishing licence!). From there, take the forest path back to the valley station of the Mutzkopf lift.
