OBERGURGL -> Hohe Mut -> ROTMOOS GLACIER
As an alternative to the Rotmoos glacier, the "Wasserläufer" hike is offered by the Nature Park Ötztal. When reaching the Rotmoos glacier you go along the Rotmoos valley to the Schönwies hut and back to Obergurgl. Also possible without a mountain guide.
Enjoy a both comfortable and relaxing train ride to the train station in Ötztal Bahnhof. You get off the train in ÖTZTAL Bahnhof where you change to a public bus or local taxi. The current bus schedule can be found at: http://fahrplan.vvt.at
