Description

Start from the hiking starting point Going center (former tourist office Going) (764 m), follow the creek 'Hausbach' to the Raiffeisenbank.

The underpass will take you safely to the other side of the road, where the road leads along the right into village part 'Prama'. Passing well-kept farmhouses and green meadows, you will reach the Parma chapel after a while. This small chapel is a reminder of the times when mining was still active in Going. Take a look inside, there is also a stature of St. Daniel, the patron saint of mining.

Continue along the Kapellenweg until you reach a fountain. This fountain is also reminiscent fo the miners' area. Quench your thirst here with fresh Kaiser water. there is also a small bowl for four-legged friends.

After having a break, turn right and walk in the direction of the Stanglwirt. The window with the 'special' view is also located  in the famous inn. At the large mill wheel on the wall of the Stanglwirt, you'll find the subway through which you reach the other side of the road.

Then cross the narrow bridge and followthe gravel path to the right. The creek of Going (Goinger Hausbach) accompanies you here until you reach the fire station, where you cross the bridge and the large car park and then turn left.

Now walk through the village back to your starting point.
