Lechtaler Höhenweg: 2nd stage Leutkircher Hütte-Kaiserjochhaus

Kaisers /
Difficulty ratings: difficult
Route length: 4.4 km
Duration: 2:15 h

The second stage is short and crisp and characterized by wind. The Joch wind whistles around our noses and leads us to the Kaiserjochhaus. It's a good thing that this quaint little hut is located in a wide, green valley on the Kaiserjoch. Because then we can stretch our noses towards the sun and count sheep in the clouds while the real sheep graze next door.

Tour character

Difficult stage on black paths. Short, but on challenging high alpine climbs and paths, the tour demands full concentration and surefootedness. Alpine knowledge required.
