Description

From the Fischbach bridge in the center of Längenfeld, follow the Fischbach promenade downstream to the Ötztaler Ache. Here you keep right until the pedestrian bridge which spans the Ötztaler Ache. From the valley floor it goes along a beautiful trail towards the Pestkapelle always further up the slope. Somewhat below the Giggelberg the path then branches off from the forest road to the west. It gets steeper here. Just above Giggelberg (nice resting place) a plateau opens up. Here, continue on the steeper mountain path into the northeast exposed Scharte below the summit and in very light Kraxelei the last 40 meters to the summit with great all-round visibility.
