Description

From the Häselgöhrbrücke bridge, follow the forest road. After approx. 1 hour's walk, turn left onto the mountain path. Follow this to the ridge. From there to the summit of the Upsspitze (beautiful panoramic mountain). Then descend to the Tuftl Alm and continue via the Kerletalsteig to Ehrwald.

  • Arrival by public transport

    Summer & winter bus of the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena (free with guest card), Postbus (free in the region with guest card), excursion bus Bavaria-Tyrol (only for TZA guests and free with guest card), regional trains (Garmisch-Patenkirchen-Grainau-Ehrwald-Lermoos-Reutte), special bus to Lumagica-Ehrenberg Reutte (free with guest card, winter only, Sundays only)

  • Parking

    Right at the tour start, next to the waterfall, you find a parking. If you don't find space anymore, there is one quite close at the viaduct in Ehrwald.
