Description

The starting point for this leisurely loop is the Steintal hiking starting point. Walk past the hotel of the same name, which you can already see from the parking lot. Continue straight ahead along the forest path, following the signs towards Badhaus until you reach Badhausgraben. The path leads you slightly uphill via the Sunnseitweg to the quiet district of Paisslberg. Once there, keep left and follow the road a little way downhill. Despite the dead-end sign, turn sharp right past the Firsterhof farm and follow the asphalt path to a small bridge at Paisslberg-Schössergraben. There, a forest path on the left leads you back towards Badhaus. Once you reach the inn, follow the road straight ahead. After you have passed the Hitscherschof in the Ried neighborhood, turn left towards Alpenschlössl. Follow the same forest path back to the hiking starting point.

Tip: With Jakob Fuchs, the owner of the Firsterhof, you can take part in a schnapps tasting with a tour of the distillery as part of our activity program. For more information, visit: www.wilderkaiser.info/aktivprogramm
