Until you reach the Falkauns Alm, you follow the same path that you descended the day before. While this stage was rather easy, from now on you need to be sure-footed and have a head for heights, as the path is very narrow and exposed in places. The hike through the Gallruth gallery is adventurous; it is important to find out in advance whether the gallery is open. After the gallery hike, you rejoin the Dr. Angerer Panoramaweg in the direction of Gallruthalm. A little later you come to a fork in the road. Follow the signs to the Verpeilhütte. The trail is partly steep, narrow and rope-secured. You reach the Gsallalm, which is not managed. After the ascent to the ridge, the trail descends a steep slope. The Verpeilalm comes into view. You hike comfortably upwards along the Verpeilbach stream to the beautifully situated Verpeil Hut, which lies in the middle of meadows and small lakes.
