Description

From the valley station of the Marienbergbahnen you pass the Hotel MyTirol in the direction of Weissensee. There you follow the road for a while in the direction of Waldhaus Talblick until the 1st bend. There the Jägersteig begins. Follow this until the 1st crossing of the forest path. From here follow the Alpgrat-Steig to the first crossing. Follow the Jägersteig to the left until you reach the Sunnalm. From there you can use the cable car down into the valley or you can hike the Barbarasteig into the valley.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Stay on the marked hiking trails
  • Keep your distance from grazing animals
  • Be aware of the mountain hut opening hours
