Mountain hikes Berggasthof Zahmer Kaiser - Aschingeralm

Description

You start at the church in Walchsee westward on the gravel walk, across the river and after the bridge you turn left and follow the walkway. If you reach the street, turn left until the Schusterbauer, there you have to turn right and follow the street to Liftstüberl. At the main street you take the first left, after 300m you cross a bridge, then turn left and at the cattle grid you take the unpaved path up to Gasthof Zahmer Kaiser. (also accessable with the lift from Durchholzen). Enjoy the beautiful view over Walchsee and walk on to the Aschinger Alm, there you can take a rest and afterwards you walk to the middle station of the lift and you can choose the walkway or you can go down with the summer bob. In Durchholzen you can use the public bus to go back to Walchsee.
