Description

From Obergurgl over the Pirchhütter Achbrücke (stele 6) in serpentines up to the Soom junction (stele 5). Along the way into the valley, past the Haglen enclosure (stele 4). Over the highest point of the loop trail, below the Lehnerkar, down to the Küppelealm (stele 3). Here you go to the Beilstein (stele 2) and the Zirbenwald bridge to the arolla pine forest natural monument (stele 1). Via the Zirbenalm back to the center of Obergurgl.

Getting here

  • Arrival by public transport

    Travel safe and comfortable with the train to the Ötztal Bahnhof train station. Last stop and exit point is the train station Ötztal Bahnhof. Afterwards you can travel smoothly and quick with the public transport or our local taxi companies through the calley to your desired destination.
