Description

From the car park with the overview board on the subject of hiking in the mountains, you first follow a beautifully laid out hiking trail in the direction of the pilgrimage site of St. Magdalena. After the first hundred metres the red mountain path with information board starts and leads a little steeper uphill. At the roping up point of the St. Magdalena via ferrata there is the possibility to climb up to the viewing platform "Habichtblick" via the via ferrata variants with degrees of difficulty A (easy) to E (extremely difficult) or to take the black mountain path. On the platform you have a beautiful view of the Gschnitzer mountain world and with the help of panoramic targets you can determine the surrounding mountain peaks (Habicht, Zeisspitze, Muttenspitze, Kirchdachspitze, etc.). Descent possible via the black mountain path or the A via ferrata.

Tip: The St. Magdalena via ferrata (B/C) is integrated into this terrain at the beginning and always worth a visit!
