Description

From the tourist office in St. Johann in Tirol, walk through the pedestrian zone past the baroque deanery parish church and continue over the bridge by the river Fieberbrunner Ache. After the Wieshofer mill (You can buy the freshly milled flour in Line's Mühlenladen!) turn right into Oberhofenweg. The road brings you to Oberhofen with large, beautiful farms. Follow the path through flat pastureland. On the left side rises the Kalkstein with the Baumooskogel. Soon you cross the hamlet of Reitham with more typical farms. Now keep to the right in the direction of the Fieberbrunner Ache. Along the river you return to St. Johann in Tirol, always in front of your eyes the impressive massif of the Wilder Kaiser. On your way is the sports airfield. There you can take a rest in the "Fliegerstüberl" or just watch the "flying" activity.
