8.8 kilometers in length and 69 meters in altitude is the moderate challenge on this wonderful pleasure tour around the Pillersee. The pilgrimage church dedicated to St. Adolar is located at the northern tip of the lake. Its foundation walls date back to 1200 and feature impressive paintings on the ribbed vault. The St. Adolari restaurant serves Tyrolean cuisine in a cozy atmosphere.
Starting from the village centre, walk along the main road (past the SPAR supermarket) towards the Seewirt restaurant. There, keep going in the direction of Latschenbad, then turn right onto the panorama path to St. Adolari. The Stations of the Cross guide hikers to the well-known pilgrimage church St. Adolari. For the way back you have to cross the Pillersee-Landesstraße in the direction of Waidring, then the wide hiking and cycling trail, which then meets the Pillerseerunde, leads past the Seestüberl, back to St. Ulrich am Pillersee.
