OETZ -> Kirche -> Hexenplatte -> OETZ
From the center parking place in Oetz cross the road and walk up to the church. You pass by the church and follow the forest trail to the viewing platform "Hexenplatte". A witch is said to have wandererd through the area. She left her footprints on a rock - the "Hexenplatte".
You come back to Oetz the same way or you turn right at Steinweg and walk down on the small way to the village center.
The „9 treasures“ are nine very special places in the area of the lake Piburger See. At these nine outstanding vantage spots, hikers can enjoy a beautiful nature and dream! Write down your dreams and personal wishes in the “treasure book” which you can find on every platform. So every place becomes a personal treasure site!
Enjoy a both comfortable and relaxing train ride to the train station in Ötztal Bahnhof. You get off the train in ÖTZTAL Bahnhof where you change to a public bus or local taxi. The current bus schedule can be found at: http://fahrplan.vvt.at
